Yes, plenty! Just look for the gelatine free/vegan tag under each product information tab.
Do you have any gluten free sweets?
Yes! The majority of our sweets sold on our website is gluten free. Isn’t that just great! Just have a look at the product description page to confirm any allergies.
Do you have any sugar free sweets?
No we don’t. All our sweet contain sugar to some extent.
How should I store my chocolate?
They should be stored in a cool dry place with an ideal storage temperature of between 15 and 17 °C (59 to 63 °F).
How should I store my candies?
It’s not just chocolate that is affected by the temperature. Candy is too! They should be stored in a cool and dry place. Hard boiled candy (especially those with sherbet fillings) should be kept in a sealed container, as they can go a bit sticky if they are left in an open bag or jar for too long.

I forgot to order a few things, what do I do?
Oh, that happens. Just call 020 8616 5959or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can. As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we promise to do our best to amend the order for you.
I need to cancel my order?
If you for any reason want to cancel your order, just let us know as soon as you can. If the order hasn’t been despatched, we are happy to cancel it for you. If the sweets are already on their way, you will need to return them once you have received them.
I changed my mind and need to return my order, how do I do that?
If you wish to return any of the items, just contact us within three working days after you have received the products. Unfortunately SugarSin does not offer free returns if the order has already been despatched.
My products were damaged when they arrived, what do I do?
We check all the products before we get them sent, but if they for some reason turn out to be damaged when you receive them, please contact us immediately and we promise to make it up to you!
Is says that the product is out of stock. Can I still order it?
Unfortunately you can’t. However, the good thing is that we are getting new deliveries all the time, and if you send us a quick email we promise to let you know once the product is back in stock!
