We are applying a dietary filter in our pick n mix sweets. Until then, our shop team will be very delighted to assist you in providing you with a list of gluten-free or dairy-free sweets or be it anything that is dietary related. All our pre-packaged products have an expiry date of beyond 3 months. Occasionally, we do supply short expiry products that have a shelf life of 1-3 months, but we only do so if they are in edible condition.
All pick n mix sweets have a minimum shelf life of 6 months. However, we get fresh deliveries of our sweets as so often such that your sweets will last you longer than 6 months. All you need to do is store them in a cool dry place preferably in an air-tight container away from direct sunlight.
There are product lines that are only suitable for in-store selling which we do not sell online or vice versa. We experience varied customer preferences in-store versus online and to meet customer demands we do position product lines appropriately. Due to varied customer preferences in-store versus online, we do take appropriate business measures to capture sales where we see greater demand. We are under no obligation to have identical promotions in-store and online.
We allow shipping to the US & Canada at £40 per order.
We allow shipping to the EU at £20 per order.
We allow shipping to Rest of The World. If you live outside of the UK, EU, Canada or US, then place your order at email@example.com. We will take care of your order request!
We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT for international orders. We select the fastest delivery service available, but delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Once your order is sent, we will send you a tracking reference.
If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to cancel or amend your order before it is on its way to you. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.

You can collect your order from our Covent Garden store which you can find here. Our shop team will notify you once your order is ready for collection. We endeavour to have your order ready for collection from 2.00pm in the afternoon on the same day provided you placed it between 8.00am & 12.00pm. Orders received after 12.00pm are not guaranteed to be ready for collection on the same day.
If you chose the option of having your order sent to you, then Royal Mail and DPD are our preferred delivery partners.
We allow free shipping for orders of £40 or more delivered to UK mainland only. Delivery made in 3-4 working days.
We charge £4 for orders under £40 delivered to UK mainland only. Delivery made in 3-4 working days.
We charge £8 if you would like your order to arrive the next working day within UK mainland only. All we need is your order be placed by 11.30am.
We charge £4 for orders going to Channel Isles, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles.
Courier deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands can take 4-5 working days.
We cannot take responsibility for any delays on part of the delivery service. But if there are problems, we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible. All deliveries are traceable, and you will receive a tracking reference once your order has been sent.

We charge £15 for trade orders of value under £300 ex-VAT to be delivered within UK mainland only. Delivery made in 2-3 working days.

We want your sweets to arrive in perfect condition and taste as good as they did when they left us. That is why we put effort into getting our packaging exactly right. After carefully placing your sweets in food safe packaging, we wrap them in delicate tissue paper and carefully place them into a cardboard box with protective material. We seal the box and apply a SugarSin sticker to give that last delicate touch.

We do not allow exchange or provide refund for our products unless the products are faulty, lost or damaged in transit. We require you to send evidence of faulty or damaged products by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
